'SELF-DEVELOPMENT TRAINING'  
ELECTIVE COURSE   (IN HIGH SCHOOL, VOCATIONAL EDUCATION)

In the 2024/2025 academic year, an elective course was offered for the first time as part of the curriculum in some state upper secondary schools in Harju County.
The goal of the self-development training (formerly known as 'Youth Group Coaching') elective course is to get to know yourself and others better in order to manage yourself better . We work in a group, where we achieve learning outcomes through various activities. We mainly use coaching methods, which is the most effective way to develop and manage a person's awareness and sense of responsibility. Maximum 16 students in a group.
