  • At one point, I realized that my biggest challenge was myself.

  • I believe that most of the answers are simpler than we think. Often, all it takes is a small shift – in attitude. Maybe that's the "magic factor" that changes everything?

  • I definitely do things my own way. Experiencing life is where real understanding comes from.

People's stories and trust are the 'center' of my work.

There are moments and experiences that I can share that have significantly influenced my development.

ELECTIVE COURSE IN HIGH SCHOOL

In 2024/2025, four groups from different Harju County state high schools took a new elective course to get to know themselves and others better. It opened up a whole new world for me.

It was awesome to watch myself from the sidelines for a whole year. So many people contributed to the fact that everyone who participated changed. I didn't think it would be such an emotional and inspiring experience!

See pictures and thoughts from the school year on my Instagram. Search for articles in the newspapers of Rae and Saue municipalities.

I fulfilled one of my big dreams. I was able to conduct coaching with a client who spoke to me in Chinese, which I don't speak. He had to understand what I was saying in English and he only communicated with me in Chinese.

            TEAM SUPPORT

In the 2023/2024 season, my colleague and I supported the development of basketball coaches and management in Rae Koss basketball club, providing them with supervision and coaching throughout the season. This experience confirmed how important it is for all levels of the organization to be actively involved in development work - only then results can be achieved. It was truly inspiring to watch how people worked on their own development and experienced positive changes in their lives.

TEAM SUPPORT

The daily support of the Tallinn Kalev Audentes Championship men's basketball team, which ended in the spring with the 2023 season, provided a very important experience.

It's not very common in Estonia for this to be available to the entire team. It was my first experience being there for almost 20 people on a daily basis . I learned that my capabilities and limits are much greater than I thought.

I was brave and learned a lot , got a lot of input on how and what to do next. I think about this season with a very good feeling.

A million steps

While taking this photo, I took my millionth step, in a rapeseed field, which is now home to the IKEA Kurna store.

   MY MILLION

In 2019, after a difficult period with my health, I set myself a challenge that seemed crazy (at first) to inspire myself: EARN A MILLION IN ONE MONTH

( walk a million steps in one month) . I did it in May, walking 1,142,961 steps or 809km in 31 days (an average of 26 km per day; 5-6 hours each day) . I did it outside of my daily life, with good organizational skills and willpower. A pilgrimage at home?

With the Million Steps project, I experienced how powerful a tool walking is and how much movement affects our thinking, feeling, and perception of the world.

SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER

In 2017/18, I was a member of the support team for internationally very successful ultratriathlete Rait Ratasepp at competitions in Europe, which gave me a lot of experience (pictured at the 20x triathlon on the Spanish island of Fuerteventura in the fall of 2018).   How a top athlete can do something with such punctuality , dedication and how important a role his team plays in it. Seeing 'behind the scenes' what is possible while maintaining your body and health. The 'clicks' from these experiences come years later and it's awesome!

HOW I BECAME… me

I started my working life in the first grade. Not in the IT field, but still in the field. From there I moved at a faster pace – during high school I was a photographer on a Baltic Sea cruise ship. I missed school on Fridays because I worked for three days straight. I slept through the first class on Monday, but my classmates also helped me. COOPERATION – something the world really needs today.

In the 12th grade, I fell in winter and broke my wrist while coming home from work on the ship. That's where my dream of The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences went. I tried my second choice - product design at the Estonian Academy of Arts. In addition to my very good ideas, I was advised to practice drawing for another year and then come back. But I wanted to do it right away. I stubbornly enrolled in the Tallinn University of Technology, majoring in materials technology, which I ultimately did not get to, because I ended up in Greece. On the island of Crete, I became an extreme entertainment instructor.

Back in Estonia, I decided to try something different that I hadn't done before - working at an airport. It seemed exciting enough, until I realized that there was no room for improvement. If I can't improve, then I'll move on .

At the age of 22, I started running the company. Over the years, we have created all kinds of exciting displays and product samples for construction chemical manufacturers, mainly for export. I was able to do what I wanted to learn at EKA and TTÜ – work with different materials and design products. Life!

In addition to all this, I organized concerts, weddings, charity, sports and other events, etc. Supporting other activities started in my childhood alongside young athletes. I decided to make changes in my career and from the spring of 2023 I dedicated myself to working with people more. I have immersed myself in various studies to gain additional practical experience and I am very curious to see what is happening!

Life brings me together with people from very different walks of life – managers, specialists, young people. Over time, more young people started to appear... I think: how can we support them better? Young people are a mirror – they reflect where we are going. In the 2024/2025 academic year, I was the creator and teacher of the elective subject “Youth Group Coaching” in state high schools.

MOVEMENT

For me, consistent active movement is important. I really like sports, I have been involved in and encountered more/less in my life: athletics, dancing, self-defense, tennis, football, cycling (road, mountain bike), roller skating, skiing, running, ÜKE, swimming, badminton, long-distance walking/marathon, motor sports, ice touring, skydiving, pilates. My daily favorite is the simplest – walking .

ART

I have been involved in various creative activities and crafts since childhood. Over the years, the activities have moved into different areas, but creating new things is a part of my life. Everything that starts with inspiration , I put 100% into it and do it with dedication.

NUTRITION & TEA

If there is time and opportunity, it is important to me that in addition to wonderful flavors, the food display offers ' eye candy '.

Drinking tea wisely is important, and teas that are decades old are special favorites.

There was a period in my life where I ate gluten-free food for 10 years and was a vegan for over 4 years.

Powerful experience!
